Blood Dungeon Bug

Bug is the bunkmate official marketing keeps for flight. Steam’s store line: take flight with Bug. That is the strongest published mobility hook in launch week: leave the floor, ignore ground piles, and take chest routes that punish walking. PC Gamer called the flying mosquito unwieldy and still ranked flight as a skill check, not a free win. Public listings do not name a unique default gun the way they name Gun Man’s machine gun or Skinja’s shotgun. This page will not invent a rocket launcher or a stinger.

The game launched 25 August 2026 as single-player only. Nine bunkmates. Bug is one of the seven kits named in full. Unlock path: named in trailers, not published as a Bone price. Check the bunkhouse and quest log. Unlock Characters. Powder Keg and Revivalist are the hotfix pair. Roster: Bunkmates. Flight, Jetpack, and a trophy that reuses the name

Steam’s Bug achievement is stay airborne for 5 seconds. That is a movement trophy, not the unlock recipe. A launch-week stream that treated five airborne seconds as the bunkhouse key was reading the achievement list, not a published shop card. Jetpack is a separate trophy: fly for 30 seconds. Movement still applies: walls, ceilings, water. Flight is an extra plane, not a reason to forget cling. Hover if the kit allows it — one stream described letting go to hover; treat your client tooltip as authority. Flood oxygen still matters if you dip; Leggy webs remain the published water platform. Bug’s job is skipping the floor, not replacing Oxygen Tank on Charms.

How to play the kit

1. Learn cling on Gun Man or Barbarian in Catacombs — Getting Started. Flight is easier to read after you already know when the ground is a trap.
2. When Bug appears, take a tight or hazard-floor arena, not a Daily seed you cannot steer — Daily Dungeon.
3. Watch the unpublished default for one wave before you spend a rare card. If the gun is weak, the rank is still for flight. Open a second weapon slot at the Dogmancer and grab a named toy: magnum, laser, bounce balls, shotgun.
4. Leave the floor when density spikes. Do not hover in a projectile column. Boss windows: Beat Bosses.
5. Streamer Mode is for Barbarian and Skinja, not this insect.

Tight rooms, Pit vertical space, and chest routes that punish walking are the published match. Corridor still works if you fly the length instead of holding a doorway. Keys: Chests & Keys. Loadouts and Synergies once a second gun exists.

Once unlocked, whatever default Bug actually holds can enter the shared pool. Until a tooltip names it, do not copy a Discord screenshot as gospel. If the 25 August client crashed, take the 26 August hotfix and read Troubleshooting.
