Blood Dungeon Corridor Arena
The horizontal map after Pit: long kites, chokepoints, and Krug at the end.
Corridor is the third story arena in Blood Dungeon. You unlock it by beating the first boss of Pit — the Corridor achievement. Reviewers call it an X-axis corridor map: a long hall rather than a well. The skill check flips. Pit graded falling and ceiling recovery. Corridor grades horizontal kiting, when to hold a choke, and when to refuse a doorway that has become a blender.
The game released 25 August 2026. Runs are solo. The geometry is mostly fixed, so you can learn which corners reset a chase and which dead ends are traps. Item and key locations still drift. Hidden chests sit in alcoves you skip if you only sprint the main hall.
Place in the six-map chain
Story order stays first-boss gated: Catacombs, Pit, Corridor, Boiler, Tombs, Flood. The Boiler achievement is the first Corridor boss. That kill opens Boiler before you owe Krug a clear. The Daily Dungeon remains a different mode (Vampire Ring). It does not sit between Corridor and Boiler.
Keep Steam names aligned on Achievements and the overview on the Arenas Hub. If you skipped Murderist to rush this hall, you can still go back. Corridor does not retire Pit.
Horizontal kite and chokepoints
A long X-axis favours characters who can outrun a pack along the floor or hop a wall to break line of sight. Skinja’s speed and shotgun fit this shape: stretch the kite, then dump pellets when the line bunches at a door. Gun Man’s machine gun is still honest — walk the hall, fire backward, climb when bats take the air. Barbarian swords punish anything that catches you in a choke. Baby’s magnum wants space; give it a long sightline, not a jammed closet.
Chokepoints cut both ways. A narrow door lets you thin a wave. The same door lets exploding eyeballs and bats stack on your body. If the choke is lost, leave through the hall you came from rather than forcing a chest behind the pile. That is the same patience Pit taught, rotated ninety degrees. Details live in Movement.
Hypnomancer gas is excellent in halls conceptually: a cloud in a doorway denies the only path. Do not start Corridor assuming you have it. Hypnomancer unlocks on the second boss of Boiler. After that character is open, bringing gas back to Corridor is a later plan, not a day-one kit. Bug flight can skip a jammed floor. Leggy webs are less central here than in water, but they still make emergency rungs on tall side rooms.
Enemies in a hall
Early types still appear. Bats use the length of the corridor as a runway. Centaurs enjoy long sightlines; their stop-to-shoot window is your chance if you are not already eating the projectile. Exploding eyeballs in a doorway are worse than in an open Catacombs room. Use Enemies for the roster. Use this map to practise peeling a pack without falling off a missing Y-axis.
Named bosses
No invented titles.
- The first Corridor boss is the Boiler achievement and the unlock for Boiler.
- Krug is the final Corridor boss.
Mid-fights without public names stay unnamed. Pattern advice is on Beat Bosses. Bone Dragon, named by Polygon as a late threat, is not pinned to this hall.
Gear and Bones
Compare bunkmates on Bunkmates, guns on Weapons, pairings on Loadouts. Spend Bones at the Dogmancer if you keep dying in the same doorway: speed and extra life matter more here than in a well, because the threat is a line, not a drop. Do not buy a story you cannot document — shop prices stay off this page.
Chests and the Boiler door
Search side rooms. A chest behind a choke is a reward for waiting until the doorway is yours, not a dare. When you only need the next arena, beat the first Corridor boss and enter Boiler. When you want Krug, learn one kite loop that returns to a climbable wall, then spend the extra clear. Corridor is live, solo, and the horizontal answer to Pit’s well.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
How do I unlock Corridor?
Defeat the first boss in Pit. That kill is the Corridor achievement and opens this arena.
What is Corridor's layout?
Reviewers describe an X-axis corridor map. Expect a long horizontal kite, door chokepoints, and fewer well-style falls than Pit.
Do I start Corridor with Hypnomancer?
No. Hypnomancer unlocks on the second boss of Boiler. Gas is a strong later idea for halls, not a Corridor starter kit.
Who is Krug?
The final Corridor boss. The first Corridor boss is the Boiler achievement and unlocks Boiler.
